The project activities were carried by a group of experts with headquarters at the University of Cagliari, Department of Philology and Modern Literature.
The group was directed by Maurizio Virdis, full professor of Romance Philology and Sardinian Language.
Other participants of the group were:

Riccardo Mura, holder of the Scholarship Search entitled “Identification and analysis of the phonetic, phonological and prosodic characteristics of the Sardinian language”, conducted the phonetic research activities;

Massimo Cireddu, Computer Engineer with experience in open source programming applied to spell-checking and predictive text writing, holder of Scholarship Search entitled “Design of speech synthesis rules and development environment management”, carried out the linguistic programming research and set up the TTS prototype;

Daniela Boeddu, PhD student at the University of the Basque Country (Euskal Erriko Unibertsitatea), operated as peer reviewer and tested the TTS prototype;

Roberto Bolognesi (PhD on the “The Phonology of Campidanian Sardinian. A unitary account of a self-organizing structure”, University of Amsterdam) had the role of linguistic consultant;

The publishing house “Condaghes” of Cagliari, specialized in works in Sardinian language, provided the basic linguistic materials and gave operational and technical support to the Project.
